The Max Planck Foundation has been granted funding from the European Union for the project entitled ‘Strengthening the Role and Impact of the Somali Federal Parliament in the Somali Constitutional Review Process’.
The Foundation is partnering with the Somali Center for the Rule of Law and Good Governance in Mogadishu (SomLaw) in this project and aims to enhance the role and impact of the Somali Federal Parliament in the Somali constitutional review process. The project’s overall objective is to increase the chances for a successful completion of the Somali constitutional review process and thus contribute to the consolidation of the newly established governance system in Somalia.
