Despite the postal address on Bergheimer Strasse, the Foundation offices are actually located in a compound called the Landfried Komplex which is situated off Alte Eppelheimer Strasse 50, 69115 Heidelberg.

By car:

Drive from A656 in the direction of Heidelberg onto the B37. Follow this road for 3.5 km (2.2 miles) and turn right on to Mittermaierstrasse. Then take the first right, Alte Eppelheimer Strasse. After about 100 metres, you will reach the Landfried-Komplex on your right. The Foundation has some dedicated parking spaces in the far right-hand corner of the car park upon arrival.

Update Summer 2021: there are roadworks around the main train station and the Landfried-Komplex. Expect road closures, diversions and delays.

Train / on foot from Heidelberg main train station (Hauptbahnhof Heidelberg):

Leave the station via the Nordausgang (North Exit). Head towards the arcade (Kurfürstenpassage) directly opposite across the tram lines and street. Walk straight through the arcade and cross Alte Eppelheimer Strasse and the Landfried-Komplex will be in front of you.

Offices:

Once in the Landfried-Komplex compound, the Foundation offices are located in the middle building (Building C) opposite the Tanzhaus Heidelberg / Cottage Restaurant.

Go up the steps to the main entrance of Building C and the offices are on the first floor (by stairs only).
