Three renowned peer-reviewed publications are published under the auspices of the Foundation and managed by the in-house editorial department. The Max Planck Encyclopedia of Comparative Constitutional law and the Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law are published as online databases in cooperation with Oxford University Press. The Max Planck Yearbook of United Nations Law is available in print and online from Brill.

Max Planck Encyclopedia of Comparative Constitutional Law (MPECCoL)

Edited by Professor Rainer Grote, Dr Frauke Lachenmann and Professor Rüdiger Wolfrum, the Max Planck Encyclopedia of Comparative Constitutional Law seeks to cover the entirety of constitutional issues in 600 entries, written by experts from all over the world. The MPECCoL is peer-reviewed and published by Oxford University Press.
