Article Chapter in Volume 25 of the Max Planck Yearbook of United Nations Law Wins the 2023 Article Publication Prize from the Australian and New Zealand Society for International Law

An article chapter from Volume 25 of the Max Planck Yearbook of United Nations Law (UNYB) has been honored with the Australian and New Zealand Society for International Law Journal Article Publication Prize for 2023. The award-winning author, Associate Professor Ramona Vijeyarasa from the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia received this prize for her article contribution titled ‘Three Decades of CEDAW Committee General Recommendations: A Roadmap for Domestication, Reporting and Stronger Accountability for Women’s Rights’, which can be found here.

Volume 25 of the UNYB (2022), featuring Professor Vijeyarasa’s award-winning article, is available online and in print. This edition commemorated the 25th anniversary since the UN Yearbook was founded, featuring a collection of articles that engage thematically with the history of the Yearbook, and also the past work of the UN and related organizations, while looking forward to the future.
