The research fellow at the Max Planck Foundation, Elisa Novic, was awarded the EUI’s annual Antonio Cassese Prize
Elisa Novic, a research fellow at the Foundation, was awarded the Antonio Cassese Prize for her outstanding academic achievements in connection with her doctoral thesis titled “The Concept of Cultural Genocide: An International Law Perspective”.
The Antonio Cassese Prize is awarded each year by the European University Institute in Florence (EUI) for the best dissertations in the field of International Criminal Law.
Ms. Novic is not the first employee of the Foundation to receive an award. By now, seven postdocs working in the Foundation have received awards for their dissertations.
