A special issue of the Asia-Pacific Journal of Ocean Law and Policy.
On 20 November 2025, volume 10 issue 2 of the Asia-Pacific Journal of Ocean Law and Policy was published by Brill, and guest edited by several Max Planck Foundation research fellows. The special issue is dedicated to research on the law of the sea in the ASEAN maritime domain and follows a competitive call for papers circulated in 2024.
The special issue was conceptualised and edited as part of the deliverables of an ASEAN-Germany Cooperation Project. Increased access to the publication is made possible through the generous support of the German Federal Foreign Office.
