Volume 24 of the Max Planck Yearbook of United Nations Law (UNYB) is set to be published by the end of this year.
The forthcoming volume, which is published under the auspices of its Editors-in-Chief, Prof. Erika de Wet, Dr. Kathrin Maria Scherr and Prof. Rüdiger Wolfrum, and Managing Editor, Katherine Dagg, contains 12 articles and 3 book reviews.
The articles featured have been authored by both scholars and practitioners from relevant fields, discussing a wide variety of subjects dealing with the law and practise of the United Nations, and public international law, more generally.
Once the edition is published, the table of contents and abstracts of individual articles can be accessed on the Brill website. The full articles are made available via subscription, and the Yearbook is also available in print. Previous editions of the Yearbook can be freely accessed on the Max Planck Foundation website.
