The Foundation launches a new project in Georgia

The Max Planck Foundation has been granted funding from the German Federal Foreign Ministry in the framework of the programme ‘Expanding Cooperation with Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership Countries and Russia’ to implement a new project on ‘Empowering Voices for Inclusive Peace and Security’.

Partnering with the Georgian organisation Civil Council on Defense and Security, the Foundation will implement a project which is aimed at introducing the concept of Feminist Foreign Policy to various stakeholders in Georgia. Its overall objective is to enhance the knowledge on Feminist Foreign Policy and to stimulate an inclusive discussion on its applicability in the Georgian peace and security context. More information on the project can be found here.
