“Indigenous Rights and Biodiversity Conservation” – Presentation and Discussion

Joint session of the Discussion Group on Law and Development with Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public and International Law (MPIL) Discussion Group on Human Rights, 12 June 2014 at MPIL

The Discussion Group on Law and Development has been hosting a joint session with the MPIL Discussion Group on Human Rights on Thursday, 12 Jun 2014, at 5 p.m. at the current premises of the Max Planck Institute (Mittermaierstraße).

Ms. Federica Cittadino (University of Trento) presented her ongoing Ph.D. research project on “Indigenous Rights and Biodiversity Conservation: A Study of Conflict and Reconciliation in International Law”.

The presentation was held in English and followed by a discussion.
